Subject: F. E. & M. V. railroad

Hello list -
I'm hoping that someone will know what the subject initials stand for.
This railroad was operating in the area in the late 1800s and early 1900s. I
guess the M. V. stands for Missouri Valley, but am stumped on the other
initials. Thanks for your help.
