Lynn M. Peterson

Memorial service for Lynn M. Peterson, 58, of Council Bluffs will be Friday
at 10 a.m. at St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church with the Rev. Gus George
officiating.

Mrs. Peterson died March 5 at Jennie Edmundson Memorial Hospital following a
lengthy illness.

She was born Jan. 8, 1944, in Council Bluffs to David B. and Margaret
(Landers) Hamilton. She resided in Washington from 1963 to 1983 before
returning to Council Bluffs. She was a 1962 graduate of Abraham Lincoln High
School and 1965 graduate of Clark College School of Nursing in Vancouver,
Wash. She was a registered nurse and a member of St. Paul Evangelical
Lutheran Church.

Mrs. Peterson and her husband, Peter, were married April 4, 1963.

Survivors in addition to her husband include one son, William A., and wife,
Kimberly, of Atchison, Kan.; mother, Margaret L. Hamilton, of Council Bluffs;
one sister, Joan Hamilton, and husband, Fred Hertwig, of Lake Forest, Calif.;
three granddaughters.

The body has been cremated. Visitation with the family will be tonight from
6:30 to 7:30 at the church. Cutler Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be offered to Trinity Lutheran Interparish School.
