MONDAMIN - Funeral for Betty Lou Wallis, 62, of Mondamin will be 10:30 a.m.
Tuesday at the Church of Christ.

Mrs. Wallis died Nov. 15 at the Alegent Health Community Memorial Hospital in
Missouri Valley.

A Mondamin native, she graduated from Mondamin High School and later moved to
the Council Bluffs area to work in the insurance industry.

In 1963 she moved back to Mondamin, where she assisted her mother in the
management of the Office Bar. She continued to manage the bar after her
mother's death in 1994.

Survivors include her husband, Milton; daughters, Lorrie Fourney and husband,
Keith Frankey, of Oakland, Shelley Neill and husband, Jeff, of Mondamin,
Teresa Lautrup and husband, Brian, of Modale and Jamie Fuller and husband,
Robert, of Missouri Valley; a sister, Doris Oskentowski and husband, Ken, of
Omaha; and nine grandchildren, one great grandchild and nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be 2 p.m. Monday at Hennessey-Aman Funeral
Home in Missouri Valley. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
