LOGAN - The funeral for Ella Anna Catherine Ronfeldt, 91, of Persia will be
Thursday at 2 p.m. at Logan Memorial Chapel in Logan.

Mrs. Ronfeldt died April 6 at the Westmont Care Center in Logan.

She was born June 9, 1911, in rural Persia to Edward and Margaretha
(Thompsen) Wiepert. She attended schools in the rural Persia area. She farmed
with her husband in the rural Harrison and Pottawattamie county areas.

Mrs. Ronfeldt was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert, in June of 1981.
They were married Oct. 25, 1930.

Survivors include her sons, Lyle Ronfeldt and wife, Bonnie, of Persia, Lynn
Ronfeldt and wife, Connie, of Council Bluffs; daughter, Judy Hill, and
husband, Art, of Mulberry, Fla.; brother, Carl Wiepert, of Clinton; sisters,
Margaret Olson of Logan, Helen Pieper of Clinton; 21 grandchildren; 32
great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Visitation with the family will be Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. at the funeral
home. Burial will be in Valley View Cemetery in Persia.

Memorials may be offered to the Alzheimer's Association.
