Pauline "Polly" V. Thomas Fastner, 67, died at her home in Warsaw, Mo., on
March 3 of lung cancer after a prolonged illness.
She was born in Beebeetown to Chester and Myrtle Thomas. She graduated from
Missouri Valley High School in 1953 and received her certificate in X-ray
Technology from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 1956.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Karl Thomas, two sisters; a
brother.
She is survived by husband, Karl; daughter, Melanie, and husband, Chris
Taylor; three grandchildren; two sisters, Marjorie Tripp and Gene of Council Bluffs
and Janice Mart and Bob of Altoona; brother-in-law, Tom Abboud of Omaha; many
nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Reser Funeral Home in
Warsaw.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Twin Lakes Hospice, 725
E. Ohio, Clinton, MO 64735.
