Dale E. Foutch, 76, Logan, died Jan. 6 at Westmont Care Center, Logan. Visitation with the family will be held from 7 to 8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 9, at the Logan Memorial Chapel.
A Memorial Service will be held at the chapel, Monday, Jan. 10 at 11 a.m. There will be no viewing or interment at this time.
