Lulu P. Morrison, 104, a lifetime resident of Honey Creek, died June 2, at Longview Home, Missouri Valley.
Lulu was born Nov. 26, 1901, in Honey Creek to the late Joseph and Ida (Billerbeck) Sanderson. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Neola. Lulu was preceded in death by her husband, George Morrison, Jr. in 1971; sons, Francis and Earl Morrison; grandson, Kevin; four brothers and son-in-law, James Iden.
Survivors include: daughters, Helen Iden, Council Bluffs; Shirley Cooper and her husband, Roger, Honey Creek; sons, Robert Morrision and his wife, Marlene, Boise, Idaho; Gary Morrison and his wife, Deanna, Honey Creek; 18 grandchildren; 49 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren; two great-great-great-grandchildren; sister, Marie Clayton, Pierson; and daughters-in-law, Lois Morrison, Honey Creek and Ylonda Morrison, Council Bluffs.
Funeral Services were held June 5 at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home, Council Bluffs, Rev. Scott Weber officiant. Interment was in the Branson Cemetery near Loveland. The family will direct memorials.
