I would like to see more on the Van Allen family. I worked in the Neurology Department at UI when Dr. Van Allen was the head
of the Department there. His brother was, of course, in the Physics Department across the river. Remember the Van Allen Belt
discovered by none other than Dr. Van Allen of the Physics Department. My sister tells me another brother was a Judge in
Henry County. I recall seeing an article on the family many years ago which was very interesting. The father was a stern
taskmaster and insisted on all A's on their report cards so all excelled in one fields or another. Did anyone happen to save
that article.
