Oscar Luth of Danville died.
The Rainbow girls were planning a slumber party at the home of Mrs. Will
McClaran.

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Rudat of Salem were the parents of a son.
Mrs. Theaticus B. Peak passed away at her home south of New London.
15 YEARS AGO.
Henry county had its first rain in 28 days.
Mrs. Lena Hohl, mother of Clara Hennies, died at Donnellson.
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Cocherell of Rome were the parents of a daughter.

Word was received of the marriage of Truman Hobsen and Mabel Foote of
Earlville, Ill., June 20.
Word was received of the death of Mrs. Ada Van Tuyl Williams, former
resident, which occurred at Culver City, Calif.

Florence Rauscher entertained in honor of her birthday.

Mrs. Lucy Myers died at her home in Salem.

Funeral service was held for Harry Schreiner.
