Does anyone on the list have information on a Edward Scully. He is
listed in the 1880 census as living in Madison. The following is the
census information on him.

Edward Scully 25, farm worker, born in IA. parents born in Ireland
Margaret, 20, wife, born in Scotland
Claude 2, born in IA
Leroy 1, born in IA.

I am looking for any information on this family. Edward and Margaret
were my great grandparents. If Edward was not born in Jones county then
I am sure that he would have been born in a neighboring county. Since he
was a farm worker it stands to reason that his parents were farmers. I
am having a very difficult time trying to find who his parents were and
the exact county/township that he was born in.
