The Linn Co. surnames I am researching are Bartosh, Nemecek, Chihak Thorp(e) Pettit

It is frustrating with the Czech names. I go back two generations and they came from Bohemia.

I am also looking for Harry, Sutphin. No not me. I know where I am sometimes. I mean surname Harry and surname Sutphin ;)

Elisha Harry Cedar Co married Clarissa Brundudge Jones Co

His brother Otho Harry his twin Cedar county, my gg-grandfather married
Caroline Soper. There is a Caroline Soper Jones county who was a cousin to Clarissa. I would love to be able to find if it is the same one. I know it isn't exactly Linn County but maybe if he went from Tipton to a little north of Martelle he left a hint.

Why didn't I have these questions when I lived in Iowa??
