William W. Williams married Annis Cordelia Curtis in Linn County, IA
sometime prior to 1888 when my grandmother Myrtle Williams was born in Linn County.
I am not sure where the Williams family came from prior to that. They all
eventually returned to WV. The Curtis' started in NY and moved to WV then to
Iowa.

If anyone has any info on this family, please let me know. I have been told
that the Williams line at sometime probably originated with Indian heritage.
I have been told that they were Blackfoot-Cherokee. If so, they may have
taken the name Williams at some point. I'm really not sure.
