Hi I finally got an answer from a cousin back there in IA about the "Old
Settlers As'sn"
Here is the info he sent me about the person to contact for the local ---
Hancock, IA ----
As'sn. The Old Settlers As'sn. is the sponsor of Hancock's annual
town celebration held the first weekend in August.
I don't know if they can help you on any genealogy, but their

I sure hope the person that was looking for a contact with the "Old
Settlers" a month or so ago. Sorry it took so long to find the info.
