WILL OF EZRA BRADFORD
(A poor typist and poor speller transcribed this will from the original, probably during WPA days, I have made some corrections in spelling. CM)

I, Ezra Bradford, of Mills County, Iowa, being of sound mind and memory, do make this my last Will and Testament.

I direct that my just debts be first paid and subject thereto, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Mercia W. Bradford, all the property, both real and personal, of which I shall die seized and possessed, wherever the same may be situated at time of my death, the same to be here absolutely. I hereby revoke any former will which I have made and I nominate my said wife as executrix (under tye??) Will without her giving bond as such.
Dated this 22nd day of December, 1908
