Hello,
Can anyone tell me where, or how, I can obtain obituary notices (i.e. newspaper notices) for the time period February 1987. I do not need or want a certified death certificate but rather a copy of an individual notice as it appeared in a local newspaper for Des Moines, Iowa (Polk County).
