I can't connect with your Betsy WAUGH, but I have a Mary WAUGH (1828-1918).
She was born in Ireland, married William Henry IRWIN (1830-1910) in Penna.,
then moved to Sac Co. The both died in Odelbolt.
Any other IRWIN or WAUGH researchers out there?
