I have a postcard that was sent to my great-grandfather from a friend who
lived in Buffalo Township (where my family lived) and moved to Montana
called "Doc" HOFFBAUER. Could this be him? There is also a George W. Hoffbauer
listed on this same card. This could be a nickname for the same person,
but the picture on the front of the postcard says Doc Hoffbauer's saloon
- Montana. Does any of this sound familiar?
