The PICKLUM family of Wilhelm Heinrich PICKLUM and his wife, Katherine,
was one of the old pioneer families of Scott Co., Iowa. He died on 16 July
1905 and she died 2 April 1905. They are both buried at the Holy Family
Roman Catholic Cemetery in Davenport. I would like to correspond with any
descendants of this couple and of his niece, Mary Gertrude PICKLUM [daughter
of Wilhelm's brother, Johan, who never left Germany] who md. Henry MEYER
on 10 June 1891. Her children, Lester and Valeria, are believed to have
lived most of their lives in Davenport.
