THE WERTHMANN FUNERAL

Funeral services for Mrs. Richard Werthmann, former Davenport resident
who died Friday in Phoenix, Ariz., will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday in the
Halligan funeral home and at 9:30 a.m. in St. Marys church. Burial will
be in Holy Family cemetery.

The rosary will be recited in the funeral home at 8:30 a.m. Monday.

Mrs. Werthmann, the former Velma Strasser, was born Nov 24, 1911, in Davenport,
and was married here to Mr. Werthmann in St. Alphonsus church, Nov. 9,
1932. She had been ill the past year.

Surviving besides her husband are a son, Richard, Jr., and her parents,
Mrs. And Mrs. Hugo Strasser.
