Looking for information on William Marrion Lafferty, b. 1866, to Mary
Lafferty and unknown father. William was adopted out in 1868, signed off
by Mary Lafferty as his sole surviving parent. Anyone have any
information on ANY Laffertys in Scott Co.?

Does anyone know how far back or where to find birth records for 1866?
