Mrs. Mary Manion passed away this afternoon at 2:30 o’clock at the home of
her daughter, Mrs. Mary Winters, 431 East Third street. Mrs. Manion has been
a resident of Davenport for the past 50 years and was one of the best known
people in Davenport. She was about 90 years of age at the time of her death.
Two sons, Patrick Manion of Alabama, Michael Manion of Davenport, and one
daughter, Mrs. Mary Winters of Davenport, survive. Funeral
announcements will be made later.
