Bob,

On the 1868 plat map I see a Rob't Parker owning 240 acres. 160 with a house
in section 18, 80 in section 17. The 1882 plat map has Susanna Parker listed
as the owner of the 80 in section 17. There are roads on the north and west
sides of the 160 acre property. The home presently on the property is at 41
39' 14.9" N, 90 53' 18.5" W. I have no idea if the current home is the one
from the 1860's.

Dick is right, the Special Collections Department at the Davenport Library has
the 1868, 1875, and 1882 plat maps and will make copies. I think they also
have a plat map from 1860. They have the land transfer books on microfilm from
that time frame.
