Hi Anita, Before you look for an obit you have to determine where he was
living prior to his demise. Where do you last have Mr. Woodward on a census
record or other documentation? Perhaps if you supplied add'l information it
would help us assist you. Does Charles/Roy have a birth date & nativity? Have
you looked for him on the ssdi? His possibly being in Davenport in 1914 means
nothing. Dick
