I hope this presentation is suitable for this list. I hope to post to all
states and I notice some request information in different arrangements.
My county is unknown, so the search will be Soundex for the whole state.
Soundex Codes: Fanin, Fannin, Fannon -- F550 and Fanning -- F552

FANNIN (Common variant spellings have been Fannon, Fanning, Fannen, and
Fannan)
These names were checked on an Ancestry.com search years ago and Silas
Fannin was not found. However, please check what you can. I presume
Ancestry.com has added more in recent years. I know that Silas Fannin was
alive and performed a marriage in 1887 in Wayne County, WV. I’m still
searching for where he died.
