William K. Armour, assistant cashier of the First Trust & Savings Bank of Moscow, was married Sunday at Walla Walla. The bride is Miss b>Sue Compton, of Weiser, Idaho. A dispatch from Walla Walla states that a license to these two was issued Saturday evening. Mr. Armour is now taking a brief vacation but few of his friends knew that he contemplated matrimony before returning to his work.

Sunday noon at the home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Goodwin, Miss Amanda Goodwin became the bride of Mr. Julius Brandt of Spokane. The Goodwin home on Orchard avenue was beautifully decorated in spring flowers, the color scheme being pink and white. The bride was dressed in pink satin with a large picture hat to match and was attended by Miss Mae Martin, a life long friend of the bride. The bride is a graduate of the Moscow public schools and also of the Lewiston business college. She has a wide circle of friends and has always been popular in her set. Mr. Brandt is a member of The Spokane Chronicle staff and is very favorably known. They left yesterday afternoon for a week's trip to Seattle and Portland after which they will make their home in Spokane. The wedding was performed by the Rev. F.I. Schmidt. There were many out of town guests.

Cora--Benton Farnum and his bride arrived Tuesdady of this week from Kennewick and began housekeeping on his father's place which he has rented. Miss Lora Powell, who has been visiting at Kennewick, came with them. Also Mrs. Larkin, mother of the bride, and sister-in-law of Mrs. C.C. Farnum. [See below.]

Cora--Nearly sixty of the friends of Mrs. M.E. Kidwell met at her home Tuesday evening the occasion being her sixty-seventh birthday. The evening was spent in visiting and music, ice cream and cake being served, and all retired at an early hour after a very pleasant time.

Cora--Mr. and Mrs. Fred Stephens are rejoicing in the birth of a son June fourteenth. As this is the first grandchild in either of the families of the happy parents, there is more than the usual interest attached to the event.

Cora--Miss Lora Powell is at Kennewick where she went to attend the wedding of her cousin, Opal Larkins, of that place and Benton Farnum of near Palouse.

Genesee--A pleasant family gathering was held at the home of Mrs. M.J. Schooler Sunday, at which she, for the first time in a number of years, was able to have a number of her children and their families together at one time. Mrs. Schooler spent the greater portion of the day entertaining her visitors. Among those present were Mr. and Mrs. Jas. H. Dye from Moscow, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Steltz and daughter, Janette, from Moscow, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schooler of Lewiston, and Chas. Schooler and family from near Genesee. There were also present Misses Ida and Maggie Schooler and Benjamin Schooler, who reside at home, and Dan Newbrough of Pullman, who is an intimate friend of Benjamin's.
At this gathering all of the children of Mrs. Schooler were present with the exception of her son Phillip, who resides in California.

A marriage license has been issued to James Todd and Ada Kidwell, both of Genesee, Idaho.
