William K. Armour, assistant cashier of the First Trust & Savings Bank, has returned to Moscow with his bride, nee Miss Sue Compton, of Weiser, Idaho. The bride was formerly a student in the University of Idaho and has many friends among the university people. They will make their home in Moscow.

Mrs. B.E. Callison of American Ridge died in Spokane, Friday evening. She was buried yesterday afternoon at 2:30 from Grice's undertaking parlors. The Methodist minister of Kendrick officiated and a choir from American Ridge sang. She was a sister of Martin Thomas of Kendrick.

An eight pound baby daughter was born to Mr. and Mrs. W.E. Pieffer of Moscow July 2. Mother and daughter are doing nicely.

Word has been received announcing the marriage of Miss Winnifred Edmunson of this city and Mr. Hugh Chamberlain of Caneadea, New York. The wedding took place at the home of Mr. Clifford Edmundson [sic] at Greeley, Colorado, June 30. Miss Edmunson was graduated from the U. of I. in 1916 and since then has been teaching in Grangeville and Moscow. She has grown to womanhood here, having spent practically all of her life in Moscow, where she has a host of friends.

Mr. Chamberlain was graduated from the University of Syracuse in 1916 and was a member of the honorary fraternity, Phi Beta Kappa. The following year he coached athletics in Grangeville where he was an instructor in the high school. He served during the war as first lieutenant. He is now in Canedea, N.Y. where the happy couple will make their home after a honeymoon at Niagra Falls.

A marriage license has been issued to Mr. James Todd and Miss Ada Kidwell, both well known residents of Genesee.

Cora--Monday, June 28, witnessed the wedding of John McNamara to Miss Elda Wright at the home of the bride's parents in St. Maries. They will live upon the farm Mr. McNamara bought near here after the first of September.
