Would like to share information on a family that moved from Coles Co, Illinois
in the 1870s - they are on the 1880 census of Bear Lake Co, ID at Georgetown.
William Henry SKINNER - born 1837 in Somersetshire, England
his wife, Julia HIGGINS, born about 1839 in Pennsylvania
their children born by 1870 - these all born in Illinois, but there may
have been later children born elsewhere.
Ruth SKINNER - born about 1862
Walter - about 1864
Franklin - about 1866
George - about 1868
Fannie - about 1870
They may also have had an older child, William Jr. also in Bear Lake County
in 1880.
