Anna M. Pearson North, 81, passed away Feb. 26, 2005 at the Promise Specialty Hospital, West Valley City, Utah. She was born Aug. 30, 1923 in Malad City, Idaho to Niels Alma Pearson and Matilda May Laws. She married Monte L. North in the Salt Lake LDS Temple Aug. 16, 1946. She is survived by her loving husband and her children Scott (Tamara) North, Paul North, Robert (Nancy) North, and Barbara (Miles) Smith, sisters Alice Beus and Doris Reid, 11 grandchildren, and nine great-grand-children. Her brother Niels Pearson, sister Doris Sheldon, and grandson Kyle Smith precede her in death. Funeral services will be held Thurs., Mar. 3, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. in the Westbrooke 5th Ward Chapel, 4113 W. 6200 S., West Jordan. Friends may call Wed. from 6-8:00 p.m. at the Cottonwood Mortuary, 4760 S. Highland Dr. and again Thurs. from 10-11:00 a.m. at the church. Interment will be in the Holladay Memorial Park.
