Last Rites Held For Mrs. Elane Lockner

Services were held Monday for Mrs. Elane M. Lockner, 55, of Fruitland, who died in an Ontario hospital last Thursday following a fall in her home at Fruitland.

Mrs. Lockner was born April 6, 1904 at Kansas City, Mo., and came to Fruitland in 1928. She was married to Arthur Lockner April 29, 1933 at Baker and after the couple followed construction work several years, returned to Fruitland in June 1959. She was a member of the Methodist church and Rebekah lodge.

In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Robert P. Brazeal of Gerring, Neb., and Carl J. Brazeal of The Dalles, Ore.; one daughter, Mrs. Florence Tipton of Payette; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Emmett Jackson of Fruitland; two brothers, John T. Jackson of San Francisco, Calif., and Andrew Jackson of Hubbard, Ohio; two sisters, Mrs. May Dunlap of Fort Scott, Kan., and Mrs. Caroline Evans of Baker, Ore., and seven grand children.

Services were held at 10 a.m. at the New Plymouth Shaffer chapel with the Rev. O. Rex Lindemood officiating. The concluding services were conducted by the New Plymouth Rebekah lodge at Park View.
