Alva Dean Wade
FRUITLAND-Services for Alva Dean Wade, 37, of Fruitland who died Tuesday at his home of natural causes, were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Shaffer-Jensen Memory Chapel in Payette. Interment was at 4 p.m. PDT in Hermiston, Ore.

Mr. Wade was born at Hollister, Mo., Jan. 5, 1936. He moved as a child with his family to Oregon, and married Darlene Joe Jones at Pendleton on Nov. 26, 1954. The moved to Ontario six years ago, then to Fruitland two years ago where they since had lived.

Survivors are his wife of Fruitland; four sons, Rodney Lee, serving in the armed forces in San Diego, Calif., Randy Dean, Robert Lee and Ricky Allen, all living at home; a sister, Glenna Philippy of Pendleton, and a brother, Clifford Wade, of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
