A. Shippen (Skippen) M. D. possessing the nessary qualification, was elected on active member of the Idaho State Medical Society in the year 1962 (1902) and is entitled to all the rights and privileges appertaining thereto.

In testimony, the President and Secretary of the Society have hereunto affixed their signatures and the seal of the Society this the 2nd day of January A. D. 1902.
