As a child growing up in Chicago,I did not know that my mother was interested
in Genealogy-After she died I ended up with a box of pictures-most subjects I
reconized but one picture I did not and threw it away-now I wished that I had
it.I have been in research since 1998.I think that it was one of two
relatives that seem to be not being found.
I am hoping that my daughter in law continues this research when I die.She is
doing hers
I know that most children become interested in genealogy when they are
seniors and have time on their hands.
