Telephoning is a bit expensive from the UK, so I'll try snail mail and/or Find A Grave.

I find in these instances, Derek, that the best thing to do is contact the
cemetery directly via telephone or snail mail letter. I would start with
the phone.

Also, now that you have the death information, you could create a memorial
on Find A Grave (including her birth date, if you know it - if not, just
fill in "unknown") and request a picture from a local volunteer. I've had
much success with out of state grave photos.

funeral home or cemetery directly. You can obtain contact information for
each of our funeral homes and cemeteries in a particular city through the
Locate a Provider section of the Dignity Memorial® website at
www.dignitymemorial.com.

The website then lead me back to where I had started !!
