Arnold W. Campbell View/Sign Guest Book

Arnold W. Campbell of Schaumburg A Mass of the Resurrection for Arnold W. Campbell, 78, will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, at St. Matthew Catholic Church, 951 E. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg. Family and friends will meet at the church. Born April 14, 1923, in Albertville, Ala., he died Monday, April 8, 2002, at his home. Interment will be in All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines. A Coast Guard veteran of World War II, Mr. Campbell went on to a career with the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), where he worked for 25 years. He was a member of CTA Union Locals #241 and #308 and a proud member of the CTA Pioneers Club. Arnold was the loving husband of the late Kathryn G. Campbell (nee Encezziano); dearest father of Judy Webb of Palatine and Rick (Christine) Campbell of Elk Grove Village; loved grandfather of Deanne and Matthew Campbell; dear brother of Ronald Campbell, Joe (Shirley) Campbell, Ruth (the late Louis) Mallet, Bernice (the late John) Pugh, Melba (John) Gilbreath, Ev!
elyn (the late Willard) Freeman, Betty Jean (the late George) Glascoe and the late Hoyt and James Campbell; and dear brother-in-law of Helen Ruth Royt and Icell Campbell. Visitation will be from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at Glueckert Funeral Home, Ltd., 1520 N. Arlington Heights Road (four blocks south of Palatine Road), Arlington Heights.
