Darlene "Sue" Biesterfeld lifelong resident of Naperville Service for Darlene "Sue" Biesterfeld, 49, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, at Biedelman-Kunsch Funeral Home, 516 S. Washington St., Naperville. Born Sept. 4, 1954, Geneva, she died Friday, March 5, 2004, at her home. Interment will be in Naperville Cemetery. Sue was a graduate of Naperville Central High School class of 1972. She had worked for Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in Aurora for 20 years in the Claims Department. She also worked at the Animal Hospital, Naperville for 10 years. Sue was a member of Bethany Lutheran Church in Naperville. She had been very active in Breast Cancer Fundraising projects; she participated in fairs, walks, speaking and counseling. Sue loved animals and motorcycling. She is survived by her husband, Robert of Naperville; her stepson, Scott of Naperville; her mother-in-law, Marie Biesterfeld of Naperville; her sister-in-law, Cheryl (Robert) Bartos of Downers Grove; her uncle, Rober!
t LaSanka of California; and by her special cousin, Linda Ardelean of Naperville. Sue was preceded in death by her parents, Alvin Jr. and Viola (nee LaSanska) Beidelman; her stepson, Eric Biesterfeld; and by her father-in-law, Raymond Biesterfeld. Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. today, at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, P.O. Box 769, Hillside, IL 60162.
