Harvey A. Glander of Palatine Visitation for Harvey A. Glander, 81, formerly of Mount Prospect, will be from 1 p.m. until the time of services at 4 p.m. Sunday, at the Oehler Funeral Home, 2000 E. Northwest Highway, Arlington Heights. Interment will be private. Born March 10, 1924, in Elk Grove Village, he died Wednesday, July 20, 2005, at Plum Grove Nursing Home in Palatine. He was an Army veteran and was employed for many years at Bredemann Buick in Park Ridge. He was the son of the late Walter and Malinda (nee Wolter) Glander; brother of Walter (Lorraine) Glander, Richard "Dick" (Dianne) Glander, Betty (Robert) Loyal and the late Herman (Helen) Glander and the late Lorraine (William) Moll; and survived by many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Parkinson's Foundation are appreciated. For information, 847-253-5423.
