I would expect that DNA is NOT part of the program and certainly you would
have to follow the laws of the Land of LIncoln. It does not quite sound like
the Land of Lincoln will act in your favor of collecting DNA as part of this
move. Take action now. It seems pretty clear that Chicago is gearing up for
a constructive (???) summer.
This "TAKING" activity has been going on for years. Many years. DNA may have
been considered, discussed and provided for as part of the process. Within
the recent links, you will be able to contact the CDA and check with what
can and can't be done regarding your DNA quest. Good Luck to you and your
