Good Morning Valerie and fellow list members,

I am more than ready to assist in this matter in any way possible. First we
need to find out what we are dealing with.

If this is a grant to come through a "governmental" entity then we could
contact the appropriate legislators, etc.

If this is a "State of Illinois" grant, we should contact the State Senator
for that area (I know who this is) and the State Representatives for
Alexander County and surrounding counties. We could also contact the
Governor's Office, etc.

If it is a "US Government" grant then the appropriate persons to contact
would be the Illinois Senators and the Congressman for the area.

There may be others we can contact also.

The Southern Illinois Genealogical Society is one obvious group.

If it is through a different group, then there are ways to go about letting
them know of our interest also.

Can ANYONE find out exactly who this grant is to come from?

Ready to help in any way possible.
