I have received some info on some other Powells that were related to
mine who were in Bond Co., IL. Please respond if you have any info
regarding these people:
*William C. Powell b. 2-10-1819, TN d. aft. 1882 Bond Co, IL, m. 1)Rhoda
Causey, b. 12-6-1814 TN, d. 9-4-1880 Bond Co, IL; 2)Parthenia F. (Scott)
Crownover b. 6-4-1835 Troy, IL d. Bond Co., IL.
*Benjamin Eaton Powell, b. 3-10-1815, TN, d. 12-18-1882, Bond Co., IL ,
m. 1) Nellie Causey b. 1805 KY, d. 12-10-1853 Bond Co., IL; 2) Martha E.
Cunningham b. 1825 MO.
*Rosa Catherine Powell, b. 9-26-1836 TN, d. 5-13-1917 St. Paul, KS, m.
Ichabod Aikens 4-2-1853 Bond Co., IL
*Willie/Wiley Powell, b. 1837 TN, m. Elizabeth Cripe 6-28-1862
*Robert H. Powell b. 1839 TN, m. Martha Rench 4-6-1862 Bond Co, IL
They were all children of Eaton Powell. William and Benjamin were from
his union with Holly Adams and Rosa, Willie/Wiley, Robert were from his
union with Mary Causey.
