Hi everyone,
I'm so excited! I found the father for my Joab Watson from Bond Co. IL. The
James R. Watson living next door to him on the 1830 Madison Co. IL census was
his father! I found this information in the abstracts from Record Book A-1,
1821-1838, Bond Co. IL. which says:
Will of James R. WATSON dated 7 January 1837. Mentions his wife Catherine,
his sons Joab, Fielding, and Isaac, and daughters Sarah DEWEBEN, Elizabeth
GILMORE, and Mary CLANTON. Witnesses were James WILLEFORD, Isaac H. PRICE,
and David PRICE. 7 January 1837, p. 390.

My question is, can I get the actual will, and how would I go about it?

I have 8 pages of Abstracts from Record Book A-1, 1821-1838, Bond Co. IL. I
will be happy to do lookups for any of you.
