Bob,
The 1920 census was John H. NOWLAN Sr & Nancy Florene (NEATHERY) and
siblings of John H. NOWLAN Jr.
I can't figure the Nancy E. LILLIGH mother in-law on the census. Nancy
Florene NEATHERY's
mother was Samantha Susan Jane (MERRIMAN) NEATHERY who died in 1912 and John
NEATHERY died 1915.
Could they have meant John NOWLAN Sr's mother? I don't know who his parents
were.
Maybe John NOWLAN Sr's mother remarried to a LILLIGH?
John H. NOWLAN Jr was married before that 1920 census to his first wife
?___UNKNOWN.
I just love looking for mysterious people and places and connecting the
dots.
Thanks for the SS records.
Cousin Beverly
