The following address has Boone Marriage Licenses 1838-1925, and Boone
Marriage Records 1838-1931. I sent a SASE, asking that they bill me for
any charges, but they didn't charge!! Ask for a copy of the license or
record:

(They also have death records 1877-1915, entry books (I don't know what
that is) 1838-1966, Birth records 1877-1907)
