Greetings from Bergen, Norway!

Would any of you be familiar with the family of Andrew OLESON 1815-? (aka:
Anders Olson DAHLE) who married Gjertrud Johannesdtr. DALE 1806-1850. They
emigrated in 1845 from Vik, Sogn, Norway with a daughter Ingeborg 1844-1915
(Isabelle/Belle) and settled in Boone twp., Boone County, IL.

In the 1850 Census he and his daughter Ingeborg is shown as:
Andrus (Andrews) OLESON 34
Isabella OLESON 6

I am curious if he is same as the Andrew OLESON listed in the 1860 census in
Boone twp., as shown here:

Rosa Oleson 12 1847 Norway Boone, Boone, Illinois Female

Conceivably, Anders/Andrew re-married in the early 1850s after the death of
Gjertrud. The latter was my gg-grandfather's sister.

Andrew & Sarah OLESON are in Boone twp. also in the 1870 census (with
children John and Anna), as well as in the 1880 census. My data show that
Ingeborg/Isabella came to Northwood area, Worth County, IA and was married
to John JOHNSON / TENOLD 1838-1885 (Johannes Johannesson TENOLD). It is
possible that children from his possible 2nd marriage also removed to Worth
Co., IA and married there.
