The City of Carlyle home page has obits on
http://www.carlyle.il.us/vets.htm#v1 for some of the Clinton County veterans
that were killed in the services during World War I, World War II, Korea and
Vietnam. If anyone has the obits for any of the remainder of the people
listed on the Memorial, we'd love a copy to add them online.

The CCHS's Quarterly Vol. XXII, No. 4, Oct-Dec 1999, included obits and many
photos for the men that were from the town of Carlyle. The CCHS and Vets
organization are now in the process of trying to obtain photos and obits for
the remainder of the county's war dead, I'll furnish a copy of your input to
them. You can either email or snail mail it to the CCHS or me. They will
furnish a copy to Dale Henry for the Carlyle web page.
