I found this obituary in my grandmother's diary. She must have been a friend.

MRS. BESSIE FOX DIES LAST NIGHT
Mrs. Bessie Fox died at the Allen Sanitarium Tuesday, May 8 at 5:20 p.m. after a brief illness.

She is survived by five children: Charles J. Fox, Leroy E. Fox, Mrs. Ruby Martin, Mrs. Florence Ruddell, and Mrs. Naomi Cox, all of Robinson; one sister, Mrs. C. S. McKamy and one brother, Fred Berry, both of this city. There are seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be held at the First Christian Church Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock p.m. with the Rev. James L. Van Lear officiating.

Friends my call at the Root Funeral Parlors until one hour before the service Thursday.
