I am researching my great-great-grandparents who lived in Kankakee
County for many years until John's death in 1934 at age 94. They lived
in St. Anne township for the 1920 census and in or near Momence by 1934,
where John was a member of the G.A.R. and the First Baptist Church of
Momence. Christina died in 1944 at age 86, though I don't know where.
They are buried at Momence Cemetery, along with at least one son and
daughter-in-law (Charles and Ruby), and a grandson (Edgar).

This is my direct line and I'm interested in getting any kind of
documentation I can on this family. Does anyone have any suggestions on
what may be the best ways to try to get places, dates, and any other
information?
