I'm curious about where the Commercial Hotel was located in Piper City in
1910. In this week's Paxton newspaper (The Record) Larry Knilands states in
his Ford County Two by Four's column series on the year 1910:

Piper City: A number of people met at the Commercial Hotel to hear Judge
H.P. Beach talk about the past and future of the community. It was voted to
have a Brenton-Pella commercial association.
