Hi,

I'm looking for suggestions on where I might look for obituaries for the
following Ford Co family:

my gr. gr. grandfather, John Boyle, who died in Lyman Twp., Roberts IL 5 Feb
1889. He was buried from Immaculate Conception church, Gilman, Iroquois Co
and buried at St. Mary's cemetery, Gilman IL.

John and his family migrated from LaSalle Co in 1867 purchasing 160 acres
with his eldest sons, Patrick and Daniel.

my grandmother: Anna Plunkett Boyle, died Lyman Twp., Roberts, 30 May 1909,
buried St. Mary's Cemetery, Roberts IL.

Would Immaculate Conception have been the closest Catholic church at that
time?

Could someone also confirm if Loda is in Ford Co.
