Rick,
Last July when I was in Franklin County, I asked why there were so few
Franklin County cousins on the internet. I was told that all the
internet servers available required long distances phone charges. Their
regular phone service also has surcharges for every number dialed.

I understand, since I too live in a small town and had to wait 3 years
for a server to come into our area.

I'm sure that neither FC,IL, genealogy group is on-line.
