Hi: If anyone is looking for graves atTower Heights Cemetery (West
Frankfort, IL) or at the Oddfellows Cemetery in West Frankfort, Stone
Funeral Home (phone# 618/932-2161) has the plat map of Oddfellows & the
plat map of the new section of Tower Heights. The care-taker, M.C.
Odle, Jr. (phone# 618/937-4193) has the plat map for the older section
of Tower Heights. I know there are books with grave lists for both
these cemeteries & they are a great resource IF the grave was marked or
if the stone was legible at the time the cemetery was indexed. But the
books don't have the unmarked graves. Just wanted to pass along this
info in case there are others (like me) who have been searching for
graves at either of these cemeteries. Carol
